Icen Yoosefdoost is a Senior Research Scientist at The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University. Her interdisciplinary research explores the intersection of water resources, climate change, and data science. Drawing on advanced techniques in machine learning, explainable AI, and environmental forensics, her work aims to identify and predict hydrologic and water quality risks affecting vulnerable communities
